How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → CalorieScan AI → Cancel. You'll keep premium access through the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?+

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. We remove all personal data within 24–48 hours. Email us if you want a CSV export of your history first.

The app misidentified my food. What do I do?+

Tap the entry to edit. You can rename items, change portion sizes, or describe corrections in plain English (‘no croutons’, ‘double the olive oil’). Misidentifications also help us improve the model — we never use your photos for training without explicit opt-in.

I'm having trouble with Apple Health sync.+

Most sync issues are a permissions toggle. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → CalorieScan AI, and make sure read/write are both enabled for the categories you want synced. If that doesn't fix it, email us.
