Iron and B12 appear in the weekly review with daily target reminders.
Adjusts targets per trimester (roughly +340 kcal in T2, +450 in T3) and disables the deficit framing.

Yes — we have a pregnancy mode that adjusts targets per trimester and disables deficit-framing language. We strongly recommend doing this in coordination with your OB or RD; we are not a medical device.
Either you log it in-app or it reads from Apple Health (which can read from Cycle Tracking, Natural Cycles, Flo, etc., depending on your permissions).
